青椰加哩鸡 Green Coconut Curry Chicken


- green coconut curry chicken
- ready the paste first
- small red onion ( 125gm ) garlic ( 40gm ) ginger ( 20gm ) lemon grass ( 1stick ) curry powder ayam brand ( 40gm ) turmeric powder ( 15gm )
- all ingredients blender with corn oil
- ingredients to cook
- 1) onion , red chilli , green pepper ( roll cut ) few pieces will do
- 2) tomato , cooked potato ( roll cut ) few pieces will do
- 3) coconut milk ( 2csp ) ideal milk ( 2csp )
- 4) chicken leg ( 1nos ) cut into 6pieces
- cooking method
- ready your green coconut first before start cooking , keep all the coconut water
- use green coconut curry chicken paste 2tbsp & saute in a pan till fragrant with some curry leaves & ingredients 1)
- add chicken & keep saute till it start to stick at your pan & add the coconut water ( around two cup )
- wait till boil then add ingredients 2) & 3) to cook ( make sure your chicken is cooked )
- wait till the sauce starting to reduce & thicken up
- pour it into the green coconut to serve

- 先准备糊
- 红小洋葱( 125gm ) 蒜米( 40gm ) 姜( 20gm ) 香茅( 1支 ) 咖喱粉鸡牌( 40gm ) 王姜粉( 15gm )
- 所有材料用玉米油搅拌机 
- 煮的材料
- 1)洋葱 ,红辣椒 ,青椒( 滚切 )几粒就够
- 2)番茄 , 煮熟的马铃薯( 滚切 )几粒就够
- 3)椰酱( 2汤匙 )淡奶( 2汤匙 )
- 4)鸡腿( 一个 )切6块
- 烹饪方法
- 准备好你的青椰先 ,倒青椰的水出来先放一边
- 使青椰加哩鸡糊用2汤匙 ,在锅爆香先 ,加一些咖喱叶和材料1)
- 添加鸡肉和保持炒香 ,直到它开始粘在你的锅 , 加青椰水( 2杯左右 )
- 等到煮沸 ,然后加入材料2)和3)煮
- 等到酱开始减少和浓
- 把所有的材料倒进青耶里就可以上菜
