煎鱼扒与番茄capers酱 Grilled Fish Fillet w/Tomato Cappers Sauce


- grilled fish ( 150gm )
- marinated the fish fillet first using some salt , w/pepper & ajinamoto
- apply with some plain flour before to egg ( can add some chinese celery to egg )
- use a pan slowly grilled ur fish front & back till cook ...happy cooking :)

- tomato capers sauce
- tomato ( 2nos ) capers ( 1tsp ) blender first
- heat 50gm butter to melted it , add garlic & saute first
- add tomato & cappers ( blender already ) & saute for a while till boiling
- add taste ( salt , ajinamoto , ikan bils stock , shao xing wine , worcester sauce )
- taste first before lastly add some lemon juice

- 煎魚扒
- 魚扒先調味 ( 盐 ,白胡椒粉 ,味精 )
- 魚扒前和后贴面粉才上蛋 ( 可以加芫荽 )
- 用平地鍋小火慢慢煎前和后到熟

- 番茄capers酱
- 番茄( 2nos )capers( 1茶匙 )搅拌器
- 热50gm牛油融化了,加蒜米爆香
- 加入番茄及capers ( 已搅拌 )炒至沸腾
- 增添调味( 绍兴酒 ,盐 ,味精 ,公鱼仔精 ,worcester酱 )
- 先试味 ,最后加入一些柠檬汁
