吗嘛式炒面 Mamak Style Fried Mee


- actually this dish is easy
- i use my curry paste ( saute first till fragrant )
- add onion , garlic , meat , cabbage & keep saute add egg
- then can add mee ( put some taste ) saute again
- when your mee is starting to smell fragrant add some chilli sauce & dark soya sauce to make it darker
- at last add tomato & beancurd ( fried already ) and its ready to serve sprinkle some red chilli , spring onion & dry shallot on top serve with a piece of lime


- 其实这道菜是很容易的
- 我用我的咖喱糊( 先炒香 )
- 加洋葱 ,蒜米 ,肉 ( 各人 ) 包菜及保持炒香加鸡蛋
- 然后可以添加调味
- 当您的面开始闻香 ,调色加辣椒酱 ,黑酱油
- 在最后加入番茄和豆腐 ( 炸了 ) 准备上菜撒一些红辣椒丝 ,青葱和葱干在上面加一片酸柑
