Konlau Mee w/Minced Chicken & Mushroom Sauce ( English )

  1. konlau sauce ( depends on hw many u wnt to make i only can let u knw the ing i use :) - light soya sauce , dark soya suace , sugar , aji , shallot oil ( nt too salty )

    - cook in hot water , then take out put in cold water & put back into hot water ( 3 step also quick & fast dont too long if nt ur mee will overcook )

    minced chicken mushroom sauce ( depends on hw many u wnt to cook )
    - onion ,black mushroom ( mun dy ) chicken/pork/prawn meat ( fine chopped ) garlic ( fine chopped also ( a little bit only )
    - taste oyster sauce , aji , dark soya sauce ( nt too salty )
    - garnishing dry shallot , spring onion ....happy cooking:)
