烤太后鸡 Roast Empress Chicken



- marinate taste ( one time i do a lot can use for long time )
- salt ( 2kg ) black pepper ( blender ) 200gm ) chicken stock ( brand-knorr ) 400gm , ajinamoto 150gm , curry powder ( brand-888 ) 200gm , oregano , rosemary , thymes ( fresh / dry & whole ) ( each ) 100gm
- all item mix together and roast in oven till dry ( heat 50-100 will do )
- when you smell can smell curry flavour thats mean its ok already ( need to stir  )
- half of chicken use almost 1csp ( flat ) rub it on the chicken front & back
- marinate for at least 1day

- cooking method
- before you roast the chicken make your decision ( want to make it dry or wit gravy )
- fried the chicken first ( for colour only not cook ) the chicken skin will look better if you fried
- if you want to eat your roast chicken dry , just roast it ( heat 150-200 will do ) around 20 -30 minutes ( put some oil )
- if you want your chicken with gravy , put some onion , garlic ( cloves ) carrot , celery some oil & worchester sauce at the bottom of your chicken & roast it ( heat 150-200 will do ) around 20 - 30 minutes
- after your chicken is cook let it cold before you cut
- for the one method with gravy the ingredients you roast together with your chicken put in a pot ( all together onion , garlic , carrot , celery & the most important your roast chicken juice ( you can blend or dont want also can ) boil all together & put some shao xing wine & starch ( normally if you blend no need to put starch ) & its done....happy cooking :)

- 盐(2kg)黑胡椒( 搅拌机 )200gm )鸡精( 家乐品牌 )400gm ) 味精 150gm ,咖喱粉( 888品牌 )200gm ,牛至 ,迷迭香 ,百里香( 新鲜/干全 )各100gm   
- 所有的材料混合在一起 ,在烤箱中烘烤至干( 热50-100 )
- 当你可以闻到咖喱的味道那意味着它确定已经好了( 需要搅拌 )
- 半个鸡使用几乎1汤匙( 平面 )擦在鸡的前和背
- 腌至少1天 

- 烹调方法 
- 在你烤鸡之前做出你的决定( 要干或汁 ) 
- 将鸡先炸( 调色不要熟 )鸡皮看起来更好如果你炸 
- 如果你想要烤鸡干 ,只是烤( 热150-200 )约20 -30分钟( 先放些油 ) 
- 如果你想要汁的鸡 ,放一些洋葱 ,蒜米 ,胡萝卜 ,西芹 ,油和worcester酱在你烤鸡盆的底部( 热150-200 )约20 - 30分钟 
- 熟后让你的鸡冷 ,然后再剪
- 另一个方法 ,做你烤鸡汁 ,先把烤材料放在锅一起 洋葱 ,蒜米 ,胡萝卜 ,西芹和最重要的烤鸡汁( 你可以用搅拌机或不想也可 )煮沸加绍兴的酒和淀粉( 通常 ,如果你搅拌机就没用淀粉 )..快乐的烹饪:)
