苦瓜与菠萝酸菜 Bittergroud & Pineapples Pickles



- bittergroud
- try get young one not so bitter
- cut slice & rub some salt & leave for a while ( 20 min )
- wash & press dry
- pineapple
- try get sweet one & cut & mix with bittergroud
- add bombay onion , red chilli & hamoi
- taste totally personal
- sugar & rice vinegar ( each 1rice bowl )
- mix all & put in fridge ( better taste if leave for overnite )

- 苦瓜
- 年轻的没那么苦
- 切割片及擦一些盐 ,放一段时间( 20分钟 )
- 清洗 ,按干
- 菠萝 - 尝试找甜美的切割混合苦瓜
- 添加孟买洋葱 ,红辣椒和咸梅
- 完全个人味道 - 糖 , 米醋( 各1饭碗 ) 
- 混合所有材料和放冰箱( 口感和味道更好 ,如果淹过夜 )
