烧烤酱 Homemade Barbecue Sauce


- barbecue sauce ingredients
- ingredients1)
- heinz barbecue sauce ( 10 rice bowl )
- hp sauce ( 4bottle )
- worcestre sauce ( 2bottle )
- tomato sauce ( 3kg )
- chilli sauce ( 1.5kg )
- mixed herbs ( 8tsp )
- bay leaf ( 3tsp )
- papprika powder ( 15tsp )
- brown sugar ( 500gm )
- ingredients2)**this 3 item must be flambe first
- shao xing wine , brandy , red wine ( each200 ml )
- put in a pot to heat , burn it till no more alcohol
- ingredients3)**this 4 item must saute first
- onion/bombay onion ( small dice ) 750gm
- garlic ( fine chopped ) 250gm
- black pepper powder ( 10tsp )
- tomato paste ( 500gm )
- saute garlic & onion till fragrant , then add black pepper powder & keep saute till fragrant before you add tomato paste & saute till fragrant again

- cooking method
- just put ingredients 1)2)3) together in a pot to cook ( need to stir only )
- after cook let cold & packing , can put in fridge for a long time
- suitable for all western dishes especially grilled or fried item
- actually if you use at home can reduce the ingredients no need that much


- 烧烤酱成分
- 材料1)
- 亨氏烧烤酱( 10饭碗 )
- HP酱( 4瓶 )
- worcester酱( 2瓶 )
- 番茄酱( 3kg )
- 辣椒酱(1.5kg )
- 混合香草( 8茶匙 )
- 月桂叶( 3茶匙 )
- 红辣椒粉( 15茶匙 )
- 红糖( 500gm )
- 材料2)** 3宗酒必须烧先
- 绍兴酒 ,白兰地 ,红葡萄酒( 各200ml )
- 在一个锅里加热 ,燃烧直到没有酒精
- 材料3)**这4材料必须炒香先
- 洋葱/孟买洋葱(小骰 )750gm
- 蒜米( 细​​切碎 )250gm
- 黑胡椒粉( 10茶匙 )
- 番茄糊( 500gm )
- 先将蒜米和洋葱爆香 ,再加入黑胡椒粉和保持爆香 , 然后再加入番茄糊炒 ,再爆香

- 烹饪方法
- 只是把材料1)2)3)放在一个锅里一起煮( 需要搅拌 )
- 煮后让冷 ,包装 ,可以放在冰箱里很长一段时间
- 适用于所有西式菜肴 ,尤其是烤或煎项目的
