Black Bean Bittergroud w/Sliced Fish



- cooking method ( for the portion i cooked liked the picture ) 
- blackbean ( 1 1/2tsp ) blender already , oyster sauce 1/2 csp , sugar 1tsp , sesame oil ( little bit ) 
- bittergroud blunch first ( carrot , red chilli , ginger , button mushroom ) thin slice
- sliced fish fried first ( coat w/corn flour ) opitional 
- saute blackbean , carrot , red chilli w/some garlic till fragrant ( must fragrant first before u add water ) ( just dont put too many water ) 
- add bittergroud , taste before you add the sliced fish & its done ....happy cooking :)
