苦瓜咸蛋 Bittergroud w/Salted Egg


- salted egg ( boiled cook , cool , peeled , chopped ready ( 1nos )
- bittergroud ( boiled till 50% cook , strain ) ( 1nos cut medium slice )
- saute the salted egg w/garlic ( optional ) first , add your bittergroud keep saute ( a little bit water will do ) add oyster sauce , sugar & sesame oil only ( all a little bit only )...happy cooking :)


- 咸蛋( 水煮熟 ,凉 ,去皮 ,切碎 ) 准备先( 1粒 )
- 苦瓜( 煮到50%熟 ,隔干 )( 1条切片 )
- 爆香蒜米( 可选 )与咸蛋 ,添加您的苦瓜 ,保持炒香( 加一点点水就行了 )加蚝油 ,糖 ,麻油( 一点点 )...快乐的烹饪:)
