炸洋葱圈 Deepfried Onion Rings



- large white onion ( cut ring )
- put some taste ( salt , pepper ) left aside

- coating wet flour
- plain flour ( 1 rice bowl ) corn flour ( 1/2 rice bowl ) custard powder ( 1/2tsp ) salt , aji , white pepper powder ( each1tsp ) mixed w/water ( dont to melt )
- onion that had been cut coated wit the coating wet flour first
- after coating put in plain flour again before fried ( medium heat first then turn low heat ) happy cooking:)


- 大的白洋葱( 切圈 )
- 先调味( 盐 ,白胡椒粉 )放一边

- 湿面粉 
- 面粉(1饭碗 )玉米粉( 1/2饭碗 )盐 ,味精 ,白胡椒粉 ( 各1茶匙 )蛋黄粉 ( 1/2茶匙 ) 混合水( 不要太多水 ) 
- 洋葱已被切贴湿面粉先 
- 炸之前贴面粉( 中火炸 ,然后转低火 )  快乐烹饪:)
