- 如果你觉得很多步骤 ,直接用牛油也可以 ,但是不够香
- 煎鸡扒
- 煎前先用盐 ,味精 ,黑胡椒腌 , 煎好放在热铁板上
- 放一点洋葱&铁板牛油在底
