Braised Scoth Lamb Flap ( English )

  1. - meat i use lamb flanp ( 1inchx2inch ) marinate with dark soya sauce
    - fried/grilled till dark brown colour ( fried better )
    - ing1) garlic ( peeled ), onion , celery ( peeled in role cut ) black pepper , cinnamon stick , cloves , star anise
    - ing2) carrot , white radish , potato ( role cut )
    - ing3) tomato ( role cut ) chinese parsley @ parsley

    - sauce ( braised )
    - oyster sauce , light soya sauce , chinese wine , tomato sauce/tomato puree ,worchester sauce/hp sauce

    - cooking method
    - step1) cook the braised sauce first using hot stock/water in pot
    - step2) wait till it boil then pour in the meat( fried already )
    - step3) saute ing1) with pan till fragant put in ur cooking whn t meat cook about 25% cook
    - step4)ing2) pour in ur cooking whn t meat cook around 45%
    - step5)ing3) normally for garnishing only depends on how many meat u cook ...ur cooking is ready whn t meat & ing.2 is soft( can bite through)
    - step6) put some starch and ur cooking is done ( happy cooking:::)))))
