Stirfried Spicy Tung Fun w/Nam Yee ( English )

  1. - ing1) egg ( 1nos ) , nam yee ( 1pcs )
    - ing2) garlic , onion , carrot , red chiili / chili paddy
    - ing3) meat ( up to u ) , tung fun ( half pack ) ( soak till soft & left dry )
    - ing4) fish sauce , shao xing wine
    - ing5) bean sprout

    - cooking method
    - step1) saute ing1) first till u can smell the nam yee ( low heat ) then add egg
    - step2) add ing2) & saute till fragrant ( medium heat )
    - step3) add ing 3) & saute again ( medium heat & method same like fried meehoon ) ( can add some water if too dry )
    - step4) add taste ing4)
    - step5) finally add ing5) & saute for a while & its ready to serve add some c/parsley on top ... happy cooking :)
